“I don’t normally post reviews, but I was absolutely floored by the level of customer service I received from Hilda. After having been given the run around from my child’s Dr and two other pharmacies, I entered the IDA with about 30 mins to closing. Hilda was fantastic, assessed my needs and took the time to make the compounded medication I needed for my daughter so she could get better. It’s rare to find such good customer service these days and I’m truly grateful to have found it here.”

“The staff always goes above what is necessary to help and to get the prescriptions filled. Going out of there way to make sure things get done and run smoothly. They treat everyone with respect and yes the prices for dispensing fees are cheaper, but it would not matter if they were more expensive in my opinion because I never mind paying a little more for better service. Great team getting things done best pharmacy in Welland hands down.”

“The Welland Zehr's usually has what I need and I have had only pleasant experiences with staff. During the winter I often purchase strawberries and they usually have Ontario greenhouse grown - so much better than the California berries. Still there are so many options to get exactly what you want. The staff in the bakery section are always helpful and polite when I opt to get the freshest just baked bread. The online shopping service for $3 weekdays and $5 weekends affords the opportunity to shop without ever entering the store. Fresh produce, a vast array of meats and seafood, and lots of weekly specials. It is also one of the very few stores with a staff member outside counting customers as they enter and then pausing when the guidelines have been met. Perfect!!”

“They have a brand of quit smoking spray that is only 21$ for a bottle compared to the 58$ for the name brand stuff. I’m saving some money and it works just as good. Also the cashiers are always friendly which I appreciate. I would comment on pricing but at the moment everything everywhere is pricey.”

“This is my first time using this pharmacy, and unlike many others reviewing, I had an excellent experience. A week before I got my prescription, I went in to check the price, as it’s a very expensive drug and it came in $90 less than my regular pharmacy. The girl that provided this info was very polite and accommodating. Fast forward a week, my doctor sent the prescription over. I called them to discuss it and that person was very helpful also. They had to order it and told me they would let me know the following afternoon when it was filled. They didn’t do that, however it was ready late in the afternoon. When I picked it up the cashier was very nice, as was the pharmacist. He reviewed things with me, as expected. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they didn’t have the drug in stock and forgot to text me that it was ready. The pharmacist did say he will order it in advance for the refill.”
