Winners is a great store in the Welland Seaway Mall, described as clean, organized, and well-lit with a good choice of items. It offers a great variety of one-of-a-kind items, including designer clothing deals, accessories, and household items like candles and bowls. New products arrive weekly, and while you may need to search for the best deals, you can always find something. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide great customer service. The store has large spacing between aisles. Note that its hours differ from the mall's, as it stays open later.
Very helpful employee on phone who has been working there for 15 plus years I'm not sure her name but totally helped me. Was appreciative of her kindness.
