“What an incredible experience at Thornton’s Cycle!
I originally brought my bike in for a repair, and I was so impressed with the exceptional service that I ended up leaving with a new bicycle, too!
From start to finish, the staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, and the turnaround time on my repair was amazing — less than 24 hours!
It’s not often you come across a business that makes such a great impression. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with both the service and my new bike!
If you’re looking for outstanding service, fair pricing, and a team that truly cares about their customers, look no further than Thornton’s Cycle. Highly, highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience at Sport Chek thanks to Mark. I was shopping for a baseball glove with my stepson and didn’t know much about the sport or what to look for. Mark took the time to walk us through the different options, clearly explaining the products and helping us find something high-quality at a reasonable price.

What really stood out was how he involved both of us in the process. He spoke directly to my stepson, making him feel confident and included in the decision, while also making sure I understood what we were buying and why. His approach was professional, patient, and genuinely kind.

Mark went above and beyond—not just helping us pick out a glove, but also taking the time to explain more about the game itself. It was clear he cares about the customer experience and takes pride in representing the store in a positive way.

I truly appreciate the level of service we received. It’s the kind of experience that will definitely bring me back again.”
