The retailer I purchased from left me hanging for almost a year, claiming he was waiting on a response. After contacting Rocky myself, I found there wasn't a claim opened at all.
I contacted Thorntons and they were more than happy to open a claim on my behalf even though I purchased the bike elsewhere.
