“I shipped an international package, and in and out was quite efficient. Well, I came prepared, with all wrapped up and labelled, only requiring to present the custom form QR-code, and that was it, less than two minutes. The staff was helpful, blunt and I didn't experience any rudeness.”

“I've been there just once. And yes they had discrepancy in their service hours. I'll be going there to pick up my package today or tomorrow. Let's see how they respond. I'll update my review depending on the service I'd get....so I reached there around 7pm last night. There was no rush and there and two girls working. I got my package within a couple minutes. I believe the service provided depends on what hour of the day you're going there and who's working.”
“Both my husband and I own separate businesses and drop off several packages, lettermail, tracked and non tracked. Sometimes we do it in advance because there is so much. They are always accommodating - and lovely. They are also good people and this place is run by a family. If it's busy and you're doing a drop off (as you would any other post office) if you put it to the side in the corner they will scan when they are able to. Also - they have ZERO control over the costs to send items in Canada, so be kind. Thank you for helping us out over the last couple of years :)”

“Usually a pretty good experience when coming to pick up packages.Recently, likely due to the pandemic, I noticed that they're sometimes closed when the hours say they're supposed to be open (ie; Sat 9am-6pm when going in at 2pm). If their hours are different temporarily, they don't have it mentioned anywhere. kind of annoyed that I don't know when I can go in and get my stuff.”
