“Called in yesterday morning because a parcel i tried to retreive the night before, was stuck in my community mailbox. The key I was given didn't work/door was frozen. The lady, even though wasn't technically her job went out of her way to help and I think reached out to the driver of my route! I checked last night and a different key was left for a different community mailbox and BINGO! I got it! Thank you Canada Post! You guys are getting on the right track! Thank you Thank you!”
