“Pickering Auto Labs has been serving my car for regular maintenance for about a year now and this was my first unexpected breakdown service I've had since my last visit. I can say that their customer service is top notch.Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and truly understand how to treat loyal customers.My brakes began to fail me on the highway. I was able to get the car towed to their shop and they inspected the car the next day. After approving the quote they repaired the car the very next day.They answered my questions about the quote and double checked areas of concern for me in a timely manner. When I stressed about turn around time due to work obligations, they were honest and provided me an accurate timeline and even updated me closer to pick up via email (super nice feature).I have never met a more honourable shop.
