The variety and price range are unbeatable and super affordable, with great collection and good price. They always have some offer or promotions going on, making it the best for fast fashion. The ambience, music, and fragrance are all top-notch, and the store is nice with large size. However, the staff’s customer service needs improvement. There is hardly a smile or a welcoming attitude, and it often feels like a “buy if you want” approach. Some customers report issues with price accuracy at the cash counter, where the price will be 20 to 50 dollars more than expected, requiring a dispute. The store also needs better vacuum and cleaning, as it is always dusty. Despite this, the staff can also be very helpful and friendly, with bright energy and a happy attitude to help others find what they need. The management is hoped to work on improving customer interaction because the store itself is truly excellent.
