FreshCo Brock Street & Gilbert is a highly-rated grocery store in Whitby, known for its excellent customer service, wide selection, and reasonable prices. The staff, especially Heather and Kelly, are praised for their friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers. When I walked up to the cash, two teenage employees were arguing over not wanting to be on cash.
When I got up to the cash, there was not a hello or how are you doing. He didn't tell me the final price or say thank you. Terrible customer service. This was my first impression of this location.
