“Staff are super friendly, store is nice, clean and organized. It’s a smaller store but they have most of what you’d expect. Prices can be high - as expected with M&M - but they always have some solid deals, memberships are free and included with JOURNIE Rewards so you should find some good deals.”
“Really love it here, not being blasted with advertisements on the radio, very good selection of essentials and more.
Lots of sustainable options as well as products from smaller businesses.
Very clean store that's well organized and stocked, lots of really good deals!”
“This is a really well maintained NoFrills. The produce is always fresh, they have extra stock of sale items and the employees are friendly and helpful. This location has a clean feel to it which is what I look for in a grocery store.
On one occasion the cashier had to call the owner because I had bulked up on some clearance items. The owner, Liz came over and was so friendly and said it was OK seeing as how they were trying to get rid of the item. Love when management/owners take care of the customers that are shopping in store and service like that, makes me loyal to this location and helps improve my perception of some of the other NoFrill stores.
Would definitely recommend this location.”

“This Bulk Barn location is FANTASTIC! Incredible service and kindest staff in my opinion! An outstanding location thank you to the whole team for being so helpful and kind. :)”
“Moved from Scarborough two years ago. Was in Scarborough for 55 years.
Been a rough two years here a lot of loss.
As rough as it's been I have never experienced such absolutely wonderful staff. They are so kind, caring, professional and in all my years of shopping I have never experienced such wonderful, helpful staff.
Thank you”
“Justin from produce was super professional and very knowledgeable about all things green! Great customer service and helped me pick out some good fruit. Thanks metro!”
“The Sales Rep was friendly. Although it felt that they're not expecting certain demographic of people to come into their stores. I find when you go to M&M it not a place to spend time in and shop around. I just find that you get in, grab what you came for and get out. I wish they could change something to let it be more of an experience.”
“Came here with a friend. Never heard of them before, but found it very interesting and the staff are very friendly. They carry a variety of unique foods not found in your local store. P”
“Convenient location lots of parking here. In a strip mall with a number of other retailers and restaurants including LCBO. Clean, bright store, well stocked, lovely fresh produce section, bakery. Lots of cashiers working, helpful staff free boxes too!”

“Rating is fitting since the only complaints I have is the prices are a bit high so its kind of a last resort shop place for me. Its competitive on a small selection of items and any sales are barely a sale. None of these complaints are really reflections on this individual store. But the one thing I can say is that finding somethings that are listed on the metro website as available in the store is a chore and finding employee's in the isles is a rare sight.”
“Great shopping experience at No Frills! Fresh produce, wide variety of products, and very affordable prices. Staff were friendly and checkout was fast. Definitely my go-to for weekly groceries.”
“The aisles are an adequate width and the shelves are well supplied. The staff are helpful and friendly. The parking lot is adequate. The north entrance to the parking lot is, however, awkward.”
“I can find every thing I am looking for. The employees are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the grocery carts are difficult to pull apart in the distribution areas.”

“Floor staff and selection are near spectacular, saw something out of stock, asked the stock clerk if he had any in the back...gentlemen returned swiftly with a whole case for myself and other waiting customers. A++
Cashier was more interested in talking to her male coworker about her plans for Friday than greeting, or barely speaking to the customers being cashed out. D--
Overall decent location and selection throughout.”
“Last week I was in and Mary in the butcher department was very helpful.
A lot of times I wouldn't leave a review about a grocery store.
Right away Mary gave me some useful information about the meal I was shopping for.
Getting what I needed was easy which I can't say about grocery shopping a lot.
Every time I consider which superstore I'm going to I'll go to this location for their great customer service.”
