About RBC Royal Bank
RBC Royal Bank is a local banking institution that provides a mixed experience for its customers. While the tellers are generally polite and helpful, the advisors can sometimes be condescending and unhelpful. However, there are standout employees like Danielle and Bryce who go above and beyond to assist customers, demonstrating their knowledge of the banking processes and providing clear and precise information. The bank may have a bit of a wait at times, but the knowledgeable staff makes up for it by resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for their clients.

I absolutely hate the Harwood and Kingston Road location, so I decided to try this branch instead and I was pleasantly surprised.
Bryce helped me out and was quick, attentive, and had a great smile. The service here was smooth, friendly, and way better than what I’m used to. Highly recommend!
