“I have worked retail all my life, and the store employee, Bhakthi, is exactly the type of employee I would want working for me. I had a heavy package to ship, and right away he came out with me to my truck with a cart. Later, when I realized I owed duty payments on my shipment, I made an error in making the payment. I went to the store right away, and Bhakthi was already aware of the situation. He spent about 30 minutes helping me, including making a phone call, all while juggling other customers. One of these customers was becoming frustrated with the UPS automated phone system, and this interaction could have gone badly except for the patient manner he used to deal with it. Excellent store and excellent staff.”

“I dropped off a package to send to a different province and you have to fill out the computer label yourself, and I’m not very computer savvy and the lady behind the counter filled out the whole label for me. She was so friendly, very polite and was very pleasant filling out the shipping label. Normally the customer does that, but she had no problem doing this for me. Highly recommend Purolator for all your shipping needs not expensive at all and the staff super friendly and I really appreciate that.”
