“I was looking for a sweater that was not in my size in store. A sales associates named Taylor worked with me to find it online and, when it was out of stock, helped me find a similar sweater in the colour and size I wanted. She had it shipped to my house for free and encouraged me to check my email for any coupons the store had sent. Taylor also applied the store’s sale to my order before I had thought to ask. She was very thorough, patient, and helpful. I always get good service at this store but she was excellent.”
“I came looking for some Nike sweatpants and Tyler was more than helpful, assisting me with a fitting room and checking to find my correct size. He went out of his way to call another location to find my size and even put the pants on hold for me. He was very kind, nice to talk to add an efficient worker. More than satisfied with my experience!!”
“Funny story….I was actually going to write my review on the Tara lady that the person below me made the review about. He’s not telling the full story on how he was so rude to her yelling and threatening her job. She was pleasant with him and did respond to his questions and was trying to joke with him. He was rude to her and demanding her to do things.
Posts like this really upset me as a regular customer to this store and often interact with this manager. She is always there and usually taking all the customers issues, the same goes with the other female managers. I have never had an issue with her or anyone in that store. She’s always kind to me and many others.
I believe to be treated respectfully you must give respect and that person did not give the respect at all. So maybe he’s the one who needs the training on how to talk to ladies and people in sales.
I’m giving my 5 star review great job to the staff at this location.”

They always have a greeter to greet you and tell you about the sales, they have good coverage to make sure everyone is being followed up on and they always are ready to help. “The customer service here is absolutely fantastic. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I was indeed looking for a Christmas gift in a section that I was less than familiar with. The associates at this location were extremely helpful with my (less than adequate description) for a gift for a family member. They directed me to the area, helped me filter the size based upon how the specific brand changes in different selections and helped me decide on the perfect gift for my family during this holiday season. I would definitely suggest and recommend that those in the area looking for comfy and or general wear look to this location for superior customer service and a great selection for any season.”
