“Shopped at the Whitby location yesterday (Aug 25/2026) and was delighted to be cashed out by a young gentleman- I should have asked his name but to describe, green tinted hair, very handsome and going into Grade 11 I learned, as we chatted a bit- he is a true credit to your store! Polite, well spoken and efficient. He was the only customer service rep on at the time. Perhaps his name is Spencer (?) in looking at my receipt. He truly deserves recognition for the obvious work ethic and pleasant, mature manner that I experienced with him. Thank you Spencer (?) 😊”
