“Picked up a rental on Thursday — quick, easy, and the attendant was polite and helpful. Once we got the car home though, I realized it came with a few “bonus features” I hadn’t signed up for. Let’s just say my excitement quickly shifted to “hmm, maybe next time I’ll try somewhere else.”
Then came Gaurav. On return day, he didn’t rush me, didn’t dismiss me, and definitely didn’t give me the classic “yeah, okay buddy” shrug. Instead, he actually listened, went through every single concern, sympathized, and then pulled off a resolution that flipped the whole experience on its head.
Honestly, if it weren’t for Gaurav, this review would have looked very different (and with far fewer stars). But thanks to him, Enterprise has gone from “maybe not again” to “yep, you’ll see me back.” Hats off to Gaurav — he’s the reason this turned from a headache into a 5-star story”
