I had to return a defective portable air conditioner weighing nearly 50 pounds. After finally getting the return approved, I thought everything was settled, but then I ran into another problem. Several other UPS locations refused to accept the package because it was too large and too heavy.
Thankfully, I found this UPS Store. The owner, Leo, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Not only did he accept my package without hesitation, but he also helped me pack it properly to make sure everything was ready for shipment.
From his accent, I could tell he is from northern China. People from northern China are often known for being warm, straightforward, and generous, and Leo truly lives up to that reputation.
