Worst branch ever every day will find a new inexperienced teller, I went there today to withdraw some cash to buy a car but the guy there said you should order money then will get approved from the manager, I said ok go ahead, he said ohh the manager is not here will get your money next Friday so seven days because the manager not in the branch at 1pm on Friday even on Saturday will not be at branch. By the way this is the third time I go there asking for a manager but not there, I'm wondering if there is a manager. I lost a good deal to buy that car because of this branch. Funny my money and I have to begge people to get it.

They need too investigate the manager and teller that work there. They refuse to help me , possibly bias or racist. Eventhough ive been a loyal customer for over 30 years. Only bmo ive been at that refused to help me.

Literally the worst bank we deal with. Staff are slow. Very little at their wickets. Half hour waiting in lines even tho there is only 4 or 5 people in line. Some staff are fine but a couple are just snooty and rude. If I didn't have to deal with this bank for the season I would have left already. The performance here is just garbage. Hire more staff. Do something. Or just shut down. I usually never leave a bad review but this one people should know. I watched staff make smirks behind customers back like their issue isn't important. Hope you guys fix this branch.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. the so called branch manger is worst person to deal. The staff at this branch know nothing different answers from different people at this branch . Horrible customer service. Going to switch banks.

I came to this location to activate my BMO credit card. They said they activated it for me. When I tried to use the card, it did not work so I called BMO and they told me I had to go in store to activate my card because it wasn't activated. I guess this location just doesn't know how to activate credit cards and I don't have the time to go back and forth until someone figures out how to activate a credit card.

The women worked inside office name NOIR introduced me to open a saving account here told it was how good to have it but she didn't tell me I can't transfer or withdraw money until I bought RRSP to another financial institution the financial institution wait until deadline date still can transfer my money then I miss time to get my RRSP claim from CRA I missing the chance to get $3000 RRSP claim

THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. OR CALL BACK. 3 days later plus still nobody call back , solved the problem BMO headquarters.

Scheduled for a phone meeting with Lisa Danychuk but she didn't called. I called her 3 times with no answer (left 2 voicemails) and called the branch 2 (left 1 voicemail) times with no answer. Really disappointing, I would have been fine had they sent me an email saying they needed to reschedule. Very unprofessional and unfortunate.

Timing on website is not updated says open till 1600hts but it was close i arrived at 1500hrs.

Very poor customer service. Absolutely no such thing as loyalty or tenure. I had been banking with BMO since 2008 with little personal issues or requests. I will be closing my account and never signing up for any financial services in the future with BMO.
