They need too investigate the manager and teller that work there. They refuse to help me , possibly bias or racist. Eventhough ive been a loyal customer for over 30 years. Only bmo ive been at that refused to help me.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. the so called branch manger is worst person to deal. The staff at this branch know nothing different answers from different people at this branch . Horrible customer service. Going to switch banks.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. Bank Teller refused to give me replacement card after my id verification and told me to drive to home branch which is 4 hours away.Bank Teller Zee Akkary absolutely didn't want to help me. Very poor customer service. Feb-3rd-2023.
