“I usually visit this place once a month and always have a good experience, especially today. I met the new owner, who was very professional, nice, and helpful with all my requests, better than ever before. The new employees were helpful although some of the machines and refrigerators are not working, I was able to get everything I wanted, like slice meat. After a long time in Canada, I finally got a whole chicken that Dariush kindly sliced for me in Iranian style. ?Thanks!”
“You know, I think Windsor is a great place for good meat. You'll definitely find beef, lamb, mutton, and chicken there, plus they have some cool Arabic spices. The only thing is, their customer service could be a little better.II've been to this store many times, but unfortunately, I haven't always received the service in a timely manner. I wonder if it might be a language barrier.”
“This store has been recommended to me by a friend 2 years ago but never really tried till now. I needed bone marrow to use for my baby, I called them to ask and the person I spoke to responded very enthusiastically that yes they do have it and if I need more than what they have readily available, they can cut more (maybe from those still attached to the meat) for me. I appreciate that they are very accommodating even if I am just buying a cheap item. I used to buy it from Ugarit Market but I got inconsistent service, sometimes I would have to talk to a butcher who seemingly dont understand English so he just told me they didnt have it when I came very early in the morning.”

“Being able to pick up fresh produce from a local farm without actually driving too far was very convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised with the variety of items available on top of the produce. The produce was fresh and abundant. The kebabs were prepared quickly, excellent quality and were a hit with my guests. The butcher was mindful of pricing even without me asking about it, which I appreciated. The service from everyone that I spoke to was exceptional. I will definitely be back!”
