“This is one of the MOST legit slaughterhouses in the entire Michigan. No stunning, shooting, vertical slaughtering methods, etc. The owner is a very humble and kind individual who is very transparent and respectful. I would 100% recommend this place!”

“One of the best experiences in a halal grocery shop I've experienced. The meat, produce, and everything else they have to offer is high quality and absolutely delicious! I recommend to anyone in the area to pay them a visit as it's well worth it. Will definitely be back!”

“Being able to pick up fresh produce from a local farm without actually driving too far was very convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised with the variety of items available on top of the produce. The produce was fresh and abundant. The kebabs were prepared quickly, excellent quality and were a hit with my guests. The butcher was mindful of pricing even without me asking about it, which I appreciated. The service from everyone that I spoke to was exceptional. I will definitely be back!”

“Staff and quality are top notch. You’ll be treated like family here. If you’re out of town, come here. If you’re from the city, come here. Schwab’s and Primo’s is a strong part of our community, and one of my favourite things about being home in Windsor. You’ll find something that you like when entering the store, and I bet you’ll want to come back!”

“My grand daughters and I try to make it over there from windsor at least three times a year. It's a great place to go. If we crossed the boarder just for the corned beef , if would be well worth it We buy enough corned beef to last a few months at a time. Quite often I'll buy a few extra to give as gifts. You can't go wrong with that. We also treat ourselves to a sandwich while we're there. All the staff are wonderfully polite, and make sure you get what you need and want. We are customers for life.”

“We called down to Ronnie’s looking for short ribs for Christmas dinner, Tommy Ronnie’s son answered the phone! He was quite a hoot with my question of how much did he think I need for 6 people, I explained I’d be have salad potatoes and veggies! He stopped me right there and had me and my husband laughing very hard! My husband order ahead and he asked I come along. When we got there I looked him up and asked if he’d like a salad, we all laughed and of course everyone at the counters knew the story! We have been buying meats from Ronnie’s for years, I highly recommend you give them a try!”

“This review is overdue! I’ve been enjoying DMM for over 6 years now!! The best spot in Dearborn!! I am certain anyone that eats there will have the same testament. Abe is one of the most caring restaurant owner I know. He serves his food with love and hospitality. Just look at the packaging for takeout. So much quality…you know you’re eating good quality food. The only feedback I have is to open a location in California so I can take all my family and friends there.”

“I recently visited this meat store and was seriously impressed with the quality of everything they offer. The lamb is some of the tastiest I’ve had, the beef steaks are excellent, and even the calf meat was incredibly fresh and flavorful. You can really tell the difference in their farm-raised, antibiotic-free meat — the quality stands out right away when you cook it. It’s not always easy to find meat that’s this fresh and well-sourced. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier cuts and great quality overall.”

“Alghadeer is my go-to meat market in Dearborn. The quality here is unmatched—fresh, clean cuts every time. Their organic chicken breast is top-notch, and the lamb chops are some of the best I’ve had. You can really taste the difference in quality. Consistent, reliable, and always well-stocked. Highly recommend!”

“You know, I think Windsor is a great place for good meat. You'll definitely find beef, lamb, mutton, and chicken there, plus they have some cool Arabic spices. The only thing is, their customer service could be a little better.II've been to this store many times, but unfortunately, I haven't always received the service in a timely manner. I wonder if it might be a language barrier.”

“I came always here to this place since I was a kid, they always cut the chicken fresh in front of your eyes, so many customers always full, and the best way to reach them is over the phone, always take a walk in. Good people. Good service, reasonable prices. I love their product and their service, and they have very diverse customers from every nationality. so well recommended by everyone in this neighborhood.”

“I usually visit this place once a month and always have a good experience, especially today. I met the new owner, who was very professional, nice, and helpful with all my requests, better than ever before. The new employees were helpful although some of the machines and refrigerators are not working, I was able to get everything I wanted, like slice meat. After a long time in Canada, I finally got a whole chicken that Dariush kindly sliced for me in Iranian style. ?Thanks!”

“Dearborn sausage company is a treasure in the city of Dearborn. We dropped by after we had been to several local Coney Islands, and found that Dearborn sausage provides the hotdogs for most of the best Coney Islands in town. While we were there, we picked up 30 pounds of kielbasa, 18 pounds of coneys, and a few extra pounds of miscellaneous meat. They had a great selection of better made chips, beef, jerky, and they had a small Restaurant in the back of the building where I was able to purchase sub sandwiches and a Coney actually made by them. Definitely a great place to pick up a lot of quality meat and grab a snack.”

“This store has been recommended to me by a friend 2 years ago but never really tried till now. I needed bone marrow to use for my baby, I called them to ask and the person I spoke to responded very enthusiastically that yes they do have it and if I need more than what they have readily available, they can cut more (maybe from those still attached to the meat) for me. I appreciate that they are very accommodating even if I am just buying a cheap item. I used to buy it from Ugarit Market but I got inconsistent service, sometimes I would have to talk to a butcher who seemingly dont understand English so he just told me they didnt have it when I came very early in the morning.”
