Nice Bank ,clean, nice location ,good serviceI went there today with my father-in-law I didn't know they require ID every time because I am with TD BankSo the women that helped us she was telling me that he needs an ID and why doesn't he have his ID on himI respect the law and I respect the rules of the banks because they help their customers protecting their accounts butthe way she was talking to me she was absolutely rude I wanted to talk to her and tell her I don't like tone that you're speaking to me like that but she was my mom's age so I respected her agewe went to get the ID and came back to the same location and another guy helped us he was absolutely nice andI have no idea what's going on with some people

Very Rude teller today. With Bank fees ridiculously high and so much competition one would think staff here would be treating clients better. Maybe it's time to move.

So went in to speak to an FSR about something that would take 10 minutes was met by the very friendly greeter who is always happy to ask what I need but is never able to really help, I used to work for CIBC so I know coming in unannounced the chances of someone being available was hit or miss i get it … when i asked how many fsrs they had available the very friendly (but useless) lady said “1”…. this is a south windsor branch …. one of the (if not the most) well off area in windsor and you’re telling me you have 1 FSR to handle the needs of the entire branch on any given day ? from my time there i could tell you a good FSR can take 5-6 appointments a day depending on the nature of the appointment … whoever is the district manager i’ll give ya some advice, maybe take an fsr from ottawa and moy or wyandotte in riverside or any branch that is in the 4th quartile and is a lost cause and send them over to help good lord 1 FSR is completely unacceptable for a south windsor branch or any branch for that matter send some reinforcements to help and do your job your leaving your branch out to dry here and eliminate the greeter position, “helping the line” should mean more then redirecting people to the ATM for a deposit many peoplehave change which makes the offer useless, there should be FSRs to help the line not a greeter that’s for wal mart not a bank. all banks care about is quarterly numbers and bonuses on the retail level nothing more don’t pretend otherwise

Very poor customer service, was in the process of exploring my account options before my visit.After the service I received at this location for something simple and that the teller confirmed was fine but manager refused to approve. I definitely won't be going through with any account for any business. And will not be recommend this to future clients, friends or family.I have never experienced refusal of service in my life and to be treated so poorly by a manager. I will never forget this experience.

No one ever answers the phone and when you leave a message it takes a day or two for them to get back to you. This is insane. When I was with TD, the phone was always answered right away, so business could be taken care of!Really, no one got back to me yet ai it's been 2 weeks

I went into the branch to inquire about a line of credit. I’ve been with Cibc for 20 years , always employed, never late on payments but because I started a new job less than 3 months ago, the cibc representative wouldn’t even consider it. Closing my account and going elsewhere
