I had such a great experience at Journeys thanks to Aubry! She were super helpful, friendly, and made my visit really enjoyable. I appreciated her patience and the way she made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had !!

Carter went above and beyond to help me find the right fit for shoes that I needed for work. This was extremely appreciated after going to other stores and not having the same assistance. If you need shoes, ask for him!
