“SoftMoc at Devonshire Mall officially moved into a massive new space, and I am hyperventilating. The design concept feels straight out of flagship Toronto, and as a creative, my eyes practically popped out of my head like a child in a candy store!
The second you walk in, you’re greeted by what looks like a giant, shimmering bookshelf made of white glass—except instead of books, it’s stacked high with vibrant, punchy Hoka running shoes. My eyes were wide open, every individual color was piercing right through me, and I was hit with a wave of pure, unadulterated adrenaline excitement. Absolute visual eye candy!
Now, a tiny dramatic plea to the Hoka gods: I wear the Clifton 9s and 10s, and with the Clifton 11s dropping, can we please get some actual personality in the women’s section by fall? The men’s lineup gets all the vibrant, electric colors and detailed stitching, while the women’s side is looking tragically bland. Creatives need a splash of color, too!
That said, the overall organization—from running shoes to flats and heels—is pure perfection. It is so thrilling to see a store put real design concept and spacing into a brick-and-mortar spot. A phenomenal upgrade for Windsor!”

We shop here regularly and earn points on our purchases, but employees don’t usually offer to look for available offers, so we really appreciated his extra effort. “As an American who frequently crosses the border for work, I decided to stop by this shoe store to shop for shoes for my family. While I'm familiar with pricing, I wasn't as familiar with the brands available here. Nevertheless, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the shoes based on the feedback from my family and my own experience.
One thing to note is that I slightly benefited from the pricing, thanks to the exchange rate with the US dollar. However, I did feel that the prices were a bit high.
The store itself was organized to some degree, although there were a few sizes that were missing. However, overall, I had a pretty good experience.”
