“Visited Jiffy Lube for the first time today & could not have asked for a better experience. I received a greeting as soon as I entered the parking lot and was informed there would be a wait time of approximately 10 minutes. 5 minutes later I was being guided into the bay (my worst nightmare was messing that up - but the gentlemen made it easy). They were all extremely clear & kind to me. I’ve never seen personnel in an auto shop conduct themselves so professionally. My oil change was completed within 15 minutes & I wasn’t pressured into unnecessary add-ons. I’ll absolutely be recommending Jiffy Lube.”
“The staff is very friendly, they change the oil very quickly, and will test the tire pressure and test the battery for free, and usually will not recommend random repairs or small parts replacements. I have been getting my oil changed at this place for many years and it feels great!”

One of the absolute biggest perks here is the convenience: no appointments are needed, and you are in and out incredibly fast. Unlike most dealerships that are closed on the weekends, which is realistically the only time most people are free to get things done, you can just roll in when it works for you.
