“The owner, Frank and his staff and crew at Formula First are really exceptional at what they do in their customer service and repair work. I had extensive hail damage from the a wicked storm earlier this summer. I just picked up my vehicle today. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor. The attention to detail is outstanding along with the quality of work. I couldn’t be happier with the product. I have no reservations in recommending Formula First to any other folks who are looking for any kind of collision repair, or in my case hail damage, that Frank himself did the repairs on. So kudos to all of you and thanks again Frank!”

“After a minor rear-end collision that happened to me, two collision businesses quoted me repair prices that were way above my budget and that were not necessary for my older car. Jesse at Marcel's, however, offered an alternative that was not a complete repair, but what was within my budget, and as long as the car is safe to drive, I was happy with that. Larry did an excellent job that included detailing. Everyone was polite and sympathetic.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Nick at Nic Auto Clinic. My rear brake light wasn't working, and after getting expensive quotes from other shops (one even quoted me $70 just to replace the bulb), I decided to buy the bulb and try fixing it myself. Unfortunately, even after watching YouTube videos, I couldn't get it to work. Since it was Saturday and I needed my car ready before Monday, I called several repair shops, but didn’t get proper response . When I called Nick, he was very polite and told me to come in right away. Even though he was already working on another car, he took the time to help me immediately. He quickly fixed the brake light and even showed me how I could replace it myself in the future. What impressed me the most was that he didn't charge me anything. His honesty, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out. It's not easy to find service like this these days. I highly recommend Nick and Nic Auto Clinic. I'll definitely be returning for any future car repairs.”

“Yasmine was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that the car I bought was in perfect condition for me and helped through each and every step of the process. I traded in my 2019 c43 for a 2021 cls 53, and she ensured I got the best deal for it. She stayed in touch and always updated me. Bill was also very helpful and kind throughout the process and I appreciate both of them very much! Thank you to both Yasmine and Bill!”

“This is a family run business you can trust! I have been bringing my car here for years and I will never go anywhere else. I have a used vehicle and I’m on a budget…Dean always takes the time to explain what my car needs and the order of the priority. I never feel pressured or rushed. A few years ago I had a really bad experience with an express oil-change chain. A friend suggested I check out ProTech on Walker Rd. I walked in and said to the receptionist in tears, “My dad isn’t a car guy and don’t know what to do!?” She smiled and replied, “My dad is!” I have felt like family ever since. Thank you ProTech for making my little Ford feel as important as a Ferrari!”

He immediately offered his assistance and expertise in repairing my car back to its original working condition. He made me understand every step and expectation of the repair. Quick service and best offered price in Windsor. I'd also like to thank Mr. & Mrs. Bui- owner of Bavarian Motors and to all the car repair team for all their hard work.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Redline Autohaus. They took incredible care of my BMW SUV from start to finish — the attention to detail and quality of work were exactly what I was hoping for. It's clear they really know their way around German vehicles, which gave me so much peace of mind leaving my car with them. What really set this experience apart, though, was Joe. His communication throughout the whole process was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. I always knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle and what to expect next. That kind of transparency and follow-through is honestly rare to find. If you drive a BMW and want a shop that treats your car like it's their own, this is the place. I'll absolutely be bringing my vehicle back and recommending Redline Autohaus to anyone who will listen. Thank you, Joe and team, for making this so easy and stress-free. My drivetrain was destroyed due to a bad oil change done at lube king and Joe and the team fixed it!! Back to new!”

“I have gotten tires at Firestone/Kipping Tires for years. Every time I have gotten quotes elsewhere, I always come back because the pricing is always in line or better at Kipping, but more so because the service is always awesome. It doesn't matter if it is a minor repair or getting a new full set of tires, the service is always great and fast. Marc is excellent and gets things taken care of. I highly recommend.”
