If you are thinking of going to this TD Canada Trust location to ask questions and receive helpful service, instead use the app, or telephone banking. The bank tellers at this location seem to go out of their way to be rude, and then don’t really help. This is probably the worst TD Canada Trust branch in the city of Windsor.

Literally (LITERALLY) the worst bank in the world but this location gets an extra star because the manager (the bald guy) is more helpful than the rest of the company put together.

Extremely bad service! They don't follow up and inform you of what's going on. They don't provide you any update or status. Even when you follow up with them, they simply just ignored you! Escalated the issue to bank manager with the phone call and he doesn't even call you back!

After 32 years of being a loyal customer, It has become apparent that this branch/TD is no longer the bank for myself or my small business. in the past 2 months I have had to endure 3 weeks of waiting on TD to reopen my account as it was closed due to inactivity during the winter months, we are a seasonal company so we do not processes a lot of banking during the winter months, I can understand their concern, I would have assumed they would have contacted us prior to this action. Now I'm told repeatedly this is a new account, with bank drafts from customers, I am approximately at a 12 day hold on bank drafts being deposited at the teller. Running a small business at this branch is not manageable, I have since opened an account at RBC which I have never been a customer of prior and have been treated with more respect and functionality then the bank I have dealt with for 32 years.

Banker Emily was extremely helpful. She explained everything in a very detailed manner and was able to answer all my questions.

8 pm on a sunday. Drive through atm down for maintenace ... go to the inside ATM's front doors locked. At this point you can not access even 1 machine.... this alone makes me look into different banks

Multiple days where I could not deposit cash into the ATM. Now can't deposit cash or cash a cheque because it's temporarily out of service. Can't use the indoor ATMS because they have the doors fully locked.......... 8pm on a Sunday, why is this a thing?

Really disappointing service. Atm won't accept cash deposit and there is no sign or information online about that... TD customer service not the same anymore!
