About TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM provides financial services to customers in the local community. The branch offers a range of banking options, including ATM access, savings accounts, and investment advice. However, customers have noted some limitations, such as the ATM not being accessible outside of business hours and a lack of $20 bills available. Despite these minor inconveniences, the branch is praised for its excellent service, with staff like Safa Yaqoob and Emily providing detailed explanations and addressing customer queries effectively. The branch has implemented COVID-19 safety measures, including physical distancing guidelines and appointment-based assistance, to ensure the well-being of both customers and employees.

Would like to specifically comment on the branch manager James Stopford. I have had help from him on 2 seperate occasions, each time my issue was resolved immediately and in a very friendly, professional way. He was avaliable to me as a customer, knowledgeable and patient. An excellent addition to the branch!
