Great gym, nice staff & always clean. Smaller size which is a plus & minus to me. Has all the amenities plus protein powders and supplements for sale. Have to pay for street parking.

Staff are awesome. Selection of equipment is quite varied. Location is convenient if you take a bus or live close to downtown. Havent really had any issues or complaints since I started coming in Oct 2022.
