“As a regular customer at this gas station, I felt compelled to respond to this review because I truly believe it paints an unfair and inaccurate picture of Prince.

I’ve interacted with him many times, and he remembers me every single time I come in — he even knows my name. That kind of care and consistency is rare. Prince is one of the kindest, most respectful, and genuinely sweet individuals I’ve come across in customer service. He works hard, treats people with warmth, and always carries himself with calm professionalism.

Of course, not every interaction lands the same for everyone, but I can say with complete honesty that he does not deserve to be spoken about in such a lowly way. From my perspective, Prince is a true asset to this location, and I always leave with a positive experience because of him.”

A special shoutout to one of the employee working late evenings. He’s name is Sanjith, just incredibly hardworking and polite gentleman. Well his friendly attitude and dedication to helping customers make every visit a pleasure. I highly recommend this gas station for its outstanding service and great staff! “I came in at around 8PM Aug 16 and the place was excellent! Everything was tidy and neat so I bought a few snacks and they tasted amazing! One of the employees helped me find the stuff I was looking for and was really helpful, she made me a fresh coffee as well. You guys are lucky to have these kinds of employees! She was doing so much work and being so kind, I even thought she was the owner of this place! I hope to see her again next time, she's very welcoming and a great worker! I'm definitely going to come here again soon, 100% recommend coming here.”

“Two Saturdays ago, the GTA got hit with a rainstorm. The wind gusts and rain came down in a quick ten minutes or so. Afterwards, as I drove westbound across York region, there were many traffic lights out and tree branches scattered across several roads. I was travelling along highway 7. I looked at my fuel indicator. It was getting low. I was near Weston Road and remembered this Husky that I would eventually reach. I decided to fill up here. This gas fill-up was my last time using the Husky app. The company has decided to terminate the app by the end of May. I feel that it's a grave mistake. I love rolling into any Husky gas station to pull up the app, select the pump number, indicate the credit card for payment and how much my purchase limit is, and pump away. It makes fumbling for the Husky rewards card and credit card a thing of the past. During a pandemic, you avoid contact with the payment part of the gas pump. Sadly, we are going back to whipping out cards to pay at the pump. I can't wait to go back to this fun way of paying at the gas pump when it's snowy, cold, and windy. As I was filling up my car with gas, a male staffer was changing the garbage bags. He was near my car and we both said hi. He was friendly and personable. Most staff member keep to themselves. I could tell that this guy truly enjoyed his job and liked people. This gas station was clean. It was stocked with paper towel and windshield fluid. Everything worked nicely. With the app's retirement, I didn't know where my original plastic card was. I went inside the store to get another card to link it up to my account. Sadly, you need a physical card to collect points from June 2022 onwards. The convenience store is small. There was one customer in there. I stood closer to the door as I waited in line. This store has an excellent assortment of snacks despite its size. The pepperoni stick varieties were impressive. The cold beverages fridge was small, but it did have a nice selection of pop, iced coffee, and Gatorade. Once the customer was done paying for gas, I approached the staffer and asked to get a replacement card. He was great getting me a new one and gave me a small information sheet with FAQs about the app during this transition. I thanked him, and left armed with a new rewards card and information. This gas station is located on the northwest corner of highway 7 and Kipling Avenue. If you are exiting onto Kipling, you are heading southbound only, as it's a one-way street. I was continuing my drive westbound, so I exited onto highway 7. I had a positive experience here. It's likely one of my favourite gas stations in the GTA. I hope that Husky reconsiders having an app. It was great. Now, I need to reinstall it off my phone. The only good thing is that I reclaim maybe 3 MB of storage space. (187)”

“After having experienced increasingly more and more locations suffer from non-chalant/indifferent and sometimes outright poor customer service this past decade, I defected from my long loyal Loved PetroCanada to two competitors. Today, I had little choice but to stop off at this location, as I was empty. What a pleasant surprise to have received a sincere and warm welcome!! And for the first time ever, after asking me about my PetroPoints card and with me replying "My wife has it on her.", she offered me to sign up for a new one. Totally makes sense!! It had never occurred to me that my wife and I could have a card each. Noone else has ever offered that to me. I am Happy to have found my new Gas Home!! Great service!! Great products and promotions!! And great location!! Win! Win!! Win!!! Thank you very much kind person (young lady, no glasses) who worked the cash desk at 8:57 am today June 14!! You just recovered a lost client who was loyal for a long time!!”

“Super excellent gas station, the car wash is excellent, your car comes out like new. Not to mention the points card they give you that after accumulating points you can exchange for products from the gas station, be it a wash or gasoline, I love it. The service staff is very friendly.”
