“Customer service was great! He knew lots about the products I wanted and price points too. Very friendly and even received a free paintbrush. This was my first visit and I’m sure there will be more. I’ll mention this store to all of my friends too. Thanks so much SoHo.”

“Joe and Shara-Lynn were truly amazing! They reminded me of the Canada we remember, where kindness, compassion, and genuine customer service still mean something. I was there to purchase a frame for a funeral, and they made a difficult moment a little easier with their warm smiles, patience, and willingness to help. Their kindness truly touched me. Thank you both for showing that a little compassion can make such a big difference!”

“Well stocked and cover a lot of art supplies, from scrapbook to yarn to paint supplies. I'm mostly interested in the water colours and acrylic. The custom frames department was staffed by people who really know framing. The slight disappointment was that they didn't carry all the colours in store but you can always order online for free delivery to the store.”
