“Easily the best store in Toronto to buy Gumpla and tools! Staff is really nice and helpful! Even if you are not into Gumpla, they literally have all kinds of models! I love this shop! Great prices too!!”
“I bought 3 games out of the delivery range, and I was really impressed with their responsive, friendly, and helpful service! Would definitely recommend to others.”
“I came to the store today in search of some Ancient Coins for a Christmas present. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. The store has a wonderful variety of coin and paper money on display. The staff in particular were very helpful. The person working today, Michael was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about currency. I left today with a greater appreciation for older currencies, both as a collector's item and as a piece of history. I would absolutely come back to check out more coins/paper to add to my collection (as I already have my eyes set on some more stuff to buy). I highly recommend anyone who's looking to collect currencies to check this place out.”
“I've had the pleasure of dealing with Metro Coin & Banknote for a couple of years now & couldn't be more impressed. Jared is incredibly knowledgeable about gold and silver, professional & has excellent customer service. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that my experience is seamless and satisfactory - I always leave confident in my investment choices. Look no further than Metro Coin & Banknote!”
“One of the nicest people that I have dealt with! Right from the booking staff who was very flexible and accommodating to the simulation instructor who went over and above to make this a memorable experience. Definitely worth every penny! The other nice thing is that the price is really based only on the duration of the simulation. That's unlike some of the other options where you have to buy "add-ons" or upgrades to do simple things like trying more than 1 city, or take off and landing, or stunt simulations etc. You can literally do all those things at threshold aviation stimulation for one flat price.”
“Awesome shop for games and other collectible stuff! Traded in a ton of my old games and got a super fair value on them in store credit. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Will be buying my physical games here going forward.”

5000 Dufferin St, North York“A great place for all your flag needs. Convenient, friendly, and helpful. They famously take no sides in conflicts they aren't attached to and carry or source any flag you need if you ask them. Will definitely be shopping here again”
“One of the most unique bookstores I’ve ever seen. Probably nothing else quite like it in North America (maybe the world). If you have any interest in film/tv books, history, posters etc. this is the place for you!”
“BEST GEM PRICES EVER! Huge selection and just an awesome place. I usually frequent the queen st location, yet this place still harbours the same energy! Definitely recommend checking out this place.”
“One stop shop for all tour electronics and gadgets. If you're looking for a part to fix on your electronic device or trying to build something this is the place to be. Helpful and courteous people working here. Been going here since I was 18 years old. That's 31 Yeats ago.?”

1652 Queen St W, Toronto“This place is nice and has a great set up, has alot of games and consoles in stock and the staff were very nice, I found something that I liked and bought it, the price was good and reasonable. Might come back when I have the chance to come to the city again.”
“awesome selection. a well kept secret and a worthwhile visit. be wary of preordering though, they are at the mercy of their supplier. Also it's best to browse online before visiting, you can easily miss things things just browsing the packed shelves.”
“Really great long-standing shop. Only open on weekends so plan accordingly. Owner is responsive to phone calls and inquiries. A great selection of hard to find Tamiya. Pretty cool old-school experience - owner is stoic but helpful. I found a new old stock Tamiya hat in there from the 1980's that was hiding behind the counter. Grail !”
“If you look closely you will find all the miniatures you need ??.Wonderful place for best prices in the town . Large selection for everyone.Only one negative thing about this place is problem with parking ?️. Spadina Avenue is too busy. But overall ??.”

925 Danforth Ave, Toronto“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, good selection of decently priced chess sets. On the downside chess books are a bit pricy and the store is very small. On the bright side there is a wider selection of other board games and puzzles as well. Definitely recommend if you’re interested in board games, learning chess, getting your first chess set.”
“Hairy T is an underrated gem in the gaming community. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles. The atmosphere is inviting, and everyone is incredibly nice and helpful, making you feel right at home. We were particularly impressed with Kevin, who runs the tournaments. His professionalism and smooth handling of events are commendable. Whether you're a seasoned gamer or new to the scene, Hairy T is a place you'll want to visit.”
“A great place to shop for crafting supplies, with excellent pricing and a friendly customer service. I usually visit this store for their fabric, although they don’t have much variety as fabricland, they surprisingly sell their fabric cheaper. The only downside of this location is the parking issue.”

448 Queen St W, Toronto“Purchased some beads for a friend who likes the craft. Quality was good but they don't have returns or exchange which would have been nice to have a gift receipt.”
“Traded in an old Nintendo 64 console and a bunch of old games - received a very fair cash trade for the old merchandise and found the whole process to be really organized and quick, super friendly staff. I went on a friend's recommendation so I wanted to pay it fwd to anyone else looking to sell”
9AM - 9PM
142 John St, Toronto“Visited after the Santa Clause Parade, see my post later about that. Michael’s downtown big store, one of the biggest I’ve been in, in the city had 3 Levels - guess what sm crafting?”
“Went in to get assessment of some Camera Equipment . The staff could not have been more helpful. They did a quick assessment of all items and no cost or charges. Spent close to an hour and they recommended a repair shop close by to bring in items... Thanks”

I had the pleasure of running into Liz she was working the displays I ended up buying yet another130 bucks in cards. Liz was very responsive and was able to help thisreturning EDH player find a bunch of cards. I have to admit the customerservice was excellent. 382 Yonge St #2, Toronto“Upgraded my 10+ year old DSLR and chose to support and buy from a local shop. Theres quite a few choices downtown Toronto but the team at Aden Camera got me the best deal by far on my new mirrorless Nikon. The people are great and the service was exceptional, informed and hospitable. Plus they’re very accessible, located right downtown near the Eaton Centre. I highly recommend this spot for all your camera/photo needs. Thanks Eden and Eddie for your help!”
“Bought a few coins and a few banknotes from this place, the owner is helpful and has a very wide selection. would recommend going if you're a collector and in the area.”
11AM - 10PM
1193 Bloor St W, Toronto“I would say the selection is really high here for the dungeons and dragons books you’re looking for. They have a number of special edition covers for books like ghosts of saltmarsh or descent into avernus. I think they preserve them for a time after they’re new, but the price for that special edition book is a fair amount higher than the standard. They have lots of board games like the dragonlance game. In general they have it all. Pretty darn good.”
“Good place to buy art supplies. Workers were friendly and helpful. They have self check out machines too. And this is great location very close to Wilson station I would come again if in the area”
“I have to say, these guys are the best in the business. In Canada it is notoriously difficult to buy enthusiast goods at a good price. Avworld beats even American prices which are almost always better. They consistently have good sales as well. They also have really good quality control (undoubtedly better than Boeing). The stock is incredible as well. There is no better aviation store than AVworld.”
