“5 star for Deepaig! I am horrible at keeping receipts so I was happy when they introduced Pro and it kept my purchase history. However, it turns out that they can’t find my purchases from my method of payment when I use Pro (ie. it says I didn’t use my credit card when I did). All this was made better by Deepaig, who is wonderfully patient and walked me through how to get my return done without hassle - I appreciate the help!”

Was looking for a packed piece of a particular Chandelier which Mohad, an associate confirmed was available at the Brampton South store. I was trying to place the order online and had issues fulfilling the order. I called Customer Service for assistance and Chanelle and Ashante worked with me, providing me with suggestions and when things didn't work out, assisted me with the necessary support from Thanuja at the main office to get it done.
