I was still in the area by the time it was ready so it was very convenient. If you have nothing else to do in the area I could see that being annoying. If you come here to print photos try to have a few errands lined up together so you can get your pictures the same day.”

She always comes through and occasionally throws in something extra. She wraps it up, selects a nice card and delivers it, when possible, to my mum's house. “Highly recommended if you are looking for quality, customizable Canadian (even Toronto) made furniture. Samantha was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in selecting fabrics, setting up a visit to the Statum showroom, dealing with a minor delay on the side of the manufacturer (inevitable in the current crisis) arranging for delivery etc..In the end, the item we ordered was only marginally more expensive than it would have been from a big box store, but of much, much better quality - fit and finish are excellent and assembly was easy. Would definitely buy here again.”

I've been in a few times and one of the workers named Alexia was always very nice and helpful and treats her customers well. We need more workers like this in customer service. I also dealt with one of the managers named Joe and he was a super nice guy as well and very helpful and gave me all his attention. Overall I go back to this staples because they are all great to deal with.

“I'm always astounded at the size of Staples - a whole spacious warehouse devoted to all things office! I do love browsing fresh stationery, especially the pens although I have so many at home that are drying up. A lot of parallels to going out to buy food when you have stuff at home that needs to be eaten before it goes bad! I was looking for multicoloured in 1 pens to see if it could up my productivity just that little bit. They did carry them but not in the variety that I saw on the website. There were some pretty pastel ones that they didn't seem to have in store. The pricing seemed really reasonable - the same as the Amazon equivalents. In the pen aisle I did see that Bic now sells more eco-friendly pens that are made from recyclable plastic. When they caught my eye I thought they might have been made from paper or wood but we're not quite there yet. I remember back in the day you could try out pens at Grand & Toy. The main aisle with the pens didn't look like you could try them out which made sense since they were all inside of packaging. I did see that in the check-out line, there were individual pens for sale and there were signs that encouraged testing them out. The next aisle over was a Crayola smorgasbord. They have individual crayons for sale and you can pick your own colours and fill a tin with them! Really neat idea. Some other cool things that I saw around the store included some Raptors merch (Staples is the official "Working and Learning Company" of the Raptors. They also have a lot of gift cards available so if you're in a pinch to pick a gift up for someone, you can grab them here!”

“This review would honestly be 1 star if it weren't for an employee named Feng who helped me out today. There was an issue with one of the scanning machines while trying to process my order and Feng did his best to try and rectify the situation. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about the service he was providing and felt terrible about not being able to get my order done today due to the machine malfunctioning. Feng has very commendable customer service skills.”

She really helped me figure out exactly what I needed, and the prints came out great—and earlier than expected! She made the whole thing so easy. I come here about once a year to print personalized cards, and this was definitely the smoothest visit.”
