“My experience at Avenue 22 was truly wonderful! Nathaly, my Bridal Consultant, has been absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, patient, friendly, prepared, helpful, and so sweet. And when I say patient, I mean extremely patient! I’m very indecisive and practical, so I had plenty of questions and concerns before saying yes. She took the time to answer everything, follow up, and keep me updated along the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant to guide me through this experience!

The store itself is incredibly beautiful, with a huge selection of designers to choose from. The dressing rooms are private and spacious, and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Avenue 22 to any bride looking for an amazing and stress-free experience!

Heads up you do have to pay an appointment fee. That’s was maybe the only thing I wasn’t super happy with but the fee does come off when you purchase the dress and your second appointment is complementary.

Will update once I get my dress which at the moment should be arriving in February.

Picked up my dress !!! (27/FEB/2026) It is perfect !!! The right size, right dress and even more gorgeous!!!! Tyler was the one to help me today and she was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable!!!! Took photos for me!! Also wasn’t overwhelming she was perfect!!

“purchased a $700 prom dress, picked it up and brought it home only to find that the beading is falling off, there is a large bump on the back from poor stitching and the zipper keeps getting stuck. Called the store and they told me to come back with the dress. When I get there they look at it and tell me they need to contact the manufacturer to see what they can do...I'm still waiting for their reply. The associate that was helping us was very rude and said that they can't do anything until they hear from the manufacture and basically if they say they won't replace the dress or issue a refund then I'm pretty my SOL and it's a final sale. Like how can you say it's a final sale on a defective item, this is ridiculous and they should be exchanging it for a new one. Anyone looking for a dress should be careful when ordering from this store. Their customer service is horrible and they sell defective items. My daughters friend also ordered a dress as well and when she picked it up it was dirty and they refused to do anything about it.”

Working with Erin and her team at Valencienne was one of the best decisions I made when creating our Wedding Day. From the very beginning, Erin took inspiration from a Monique Lhuillier gown I loved very personally and she came up with an idea to transform it into something even more beautiful, more functional / re-usable, and uniquely mine. ?✨

The original Monique design was a beautiful ceremonial ball gown —stunning, but not practical for any movement past the ceremony, dancing, or sitting at the dinner table.

Erin came up with a truly inventive couture solution: a modular, 4-look concept that consists of 5 pieces: a bodice, a regal-looking bolero, a large ceremonial skirt, and a lightweight dance skirt.

I had a breathtakingly beautiful gown for the ceremony, which then transformed into a flowing, lightweight skirt for dancing and dinner — allowing me to move, celebrate, and enjoy my wedding fully. I could also mix and match my skirts with a bolero. It was the perfect solution.

On top of that, they created my After-Party dress from taffeta, crafting an entirely new look that was both stunningly elegant but modern and playful - perfectly designed for a cocktail, cake-cutting, and after-party disco. I took the inspiration from the dress worn by actress Lily Collins.

The craftsmanship was exceptional: delicate French lace, perfectly structured bodice, beautifully engineered skirts, and couture-level finishing throughout. Every fitting showed extraordinary attention to detail, nuance, proportion, and comfort. The gown was not only visually stunning - it was a true masterpiece to wear !!! I only wish I could wear my dress more often.

Thanks to Erin’s solution - I’m still reusing parts of my dress. (Which is the best thing you could do with your wedding dress)!!!

Olivia - was there to help and support every step of the way. Rosa - created my tenderest and most exquisite bodice by hand, while Fedra was so professional when it came to ensuring fit and quality.

This was a true custom haute - couture in every sense: made for me, customised to my body, my dream vision, personality, and My Wedding. The final result exceeded all expectations — a one-of-a-kind gown that was more elegant, more wearable, more regal, more refined, and way tenderer and beautiful than even the original inspiration from ML. My mother (who’s very hard to impress) was in absolute awe and told me that Erin’s team created a piece better than what we saw at Monique Llhulier and Ellie Saab themselves.

If you are looking for a designer who combines a truly artistic and creative vision, technical mastery, innovative approach, personalised care and exceptional attention for their clients - I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

I also had a custom veil as a standard cathedral veil would not work with the length of my train.
