“purchased a $700 prom dress, picked it up and brought it home only to find that the beading is falling off, there is a large bump on the back from poor stitching and the zipper keeps getting stuck. Called the store and they told me to come back with the dress. When I get there they look at it and tell me they need to contact the manufacturer to see what they can do...I'm still waiting for their reply. The associate that was helping us was very rude and said that they can't do anything until they hear from the manufacture and basically if they say they won't replace the dress or issue a refund then I'm pretty my SOL and it's a final sale. Like how can you say it's a final sale on a defective item, this is ridiculous and they should be exchanging it for a new one. Anyone looking for a dress should be careful when ordering from this store. Their customer service is horrible and they sell defective items. My daughters friend also ordered a dress as well and when she picked it up it was dirty and they refused to do anything about it.”

“We quickly popped into this lovely store to pick up an outfit for my son (my husband had him still in pajamas to pick me up from work and we had a last minute family dinner at a restaurant). We found it on Google near to where we were. The person at the store today, greeted us so happily and we explained to her what we needed. We found a Minymo set that fit my son perfectly. She was so kind to let my son change out of his pajamas in a storage area of the store. My son also picked up a popular Jellycat stuffie/charm for his bag!
The store has a really nice lay out and is very organized and so pretty. It feels like a charming small town store in a big city. The service is absolutely wonderful. We hope to visit again.”

“I bought my son’s baptism outfit here, including the suit, socks, and shoes, and everything was absolutely perfect. They also carry baptismal bibs, gold crosses, and a variety of casual and formal outfits for several occasions. It’s hard to find formal outfit options for babies, but this place had an amazing selection.
They carry a wide range of clothing from Mayoral, and their prices are noticeably better than other stores that carry the same brand. I also really appreciated that they allow you to try on both clothes and shoes, which made shopping so much easier.
The owner, Marianna, is incredibly sweet. She knows her customers and will help you to the best of her ability. Her support staff is just as kind and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming environment.

“Had a great experience with in-store pick up at ella + elliot. Was looking to order the Babyletto Yuzu crib locally to avoid shipping charges and ella + elliot had it in stock. Called them to confirm availability, and they were able to arrange next day in store pick up! Pick up process was simple, and I had the choice of picking up at their Etobicoke Warehouse or Toronto Showroom. The sales associate that assisted me in store was nice, and their showroom is beautiful. Thank you!”

Wow! Shopping here is a shopping with family. All the staff is so helpful and so understanding. So easy to strike up a conversation with anyone in the shop whether it's the owner or an employee everyone treats you the same. I was shopping for clothes for my mom and really and truly I don't think I would have found the selection and received this kind of service anywhere else it was my first go to and I'm so glad because I found everything I needed without having to drive around the GTA looking for anything else. Kudos to all the staff add to the owners. Coming here Feels Like Home”
