“I’ve been shopping at MALA for a while now, and it’s become one of my favourite boutiques. The selection is always beautiful, and they carry brands you don’t cant find anywhere in Toronto. The owner Lauren is absolutely wonderful, she’s so kind, incredibly knowledgeable about every brand and product in the store, and you can tell she genuinely wants her customers to leave happy with something they’ll love. “They have good quality clothing, however the staff in fitting room check-in made the experience disappointing due to a severe lack of hospitality.
The woman working the front desk was highly confrontational from the start. When i brought more than 6 pieces to try, she immediately escalated the interaction by snapping and noticeably raising her tone in an aggressive, unprofessional manner.
I hope they do better in future.”
