“So happy I found this place! My son needed a new laptop for college and I didn’t want to spend 1000+. I did some research and found out that these laptops come off leases from corporations. The prices are great for refurbished name brands. I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad with one gigabyte of storage for 600 bucks tax included. It also includes a one year warranty. The owners were super nice and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for an alternative to buying brand new.”

“Honestly this gotta be one of the best stores I’ve ever been to. I brought in my 2020 MacBook Pro because one of the type C ports were not working. In order to change the port u gotta change two which would be around 150. Somehow someway he got the first port to work without even changing it!
A lot of places now days will get you to waste money and fix things that don’t need fixing but not at PC Gate. They genuinely want to help the customer. Adam is truly a wizard when it comes to computers laptops & tech. Honest man trying to make a living and the type of person you hope to run into when u go to get ur car fixed! Canada Computers offers 30 days free service since purchase for diagnostics and exchange, so I was able to get help in the store. It was a complex issue specific to the batch of my GPU, but Alex at the tech service desk resolved it in under 24 hours. This is very efficient for the complexity of this problem. He was also very professional. Communication was excellent and very clear. Thank you to Alex and the 30 day policy for this help, my GPU works perfectly now.”
