“beautiful & clean store + super efficient with passport photos, the pics always turn out so nice.
they also have a great selection of stationaries + really pretty bday/greeting cards.
always a pleasant experience going here, store lighting is easy on the eyes too & not blinding 🫶🏻 10/10”
“Recently I contacted Karen, the owner and she could not possibly have been kinder. She went above and beyond to look after what I wanted to purchase. I am having my order shipped to me and even though I live over an hour away from her store, I will drive to the store one day to thank her in person. Thanks Karen.”
“Dora was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and patient while I was exploring different ways I can ship my item, she also helped me by providing me different options and helping me find the best way. Highly recommend her and this location!”

“I don’t always come to this Canada Post but when I am in the area and use it, I have had the good fortune of having Daniel at the counter. He is polite, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Best of all, he is quick and efficient! It can be stressful to see a line of people waiting but he just gives everyone the attention they need to get their packages mailed. Thank you, Daniel!”
“Lovepreet at Canada Post was incredibly helpful. She didn’t have to get involved, but she chose to and really made a difference. She even looked up a YouTube video to figure out how to help, shared ideas, and patiently stayed with me while I worked through it. Her effort and willingness to go the extra mile meant a lot. Great customer service and a genuinely kind person.”

“I had a great experience today at this office. I was about to post an empty parcel .The very kind and young staff opened the store earlier than usual, found my empty package and helped me to repackage it again .

“I just went and was served by a woman named TESS (Canada post) She was very kind and had a great sense of humor. The woman from India who was there before her had no customer service skills.”
“Thank you Greg Campbell for mailing my wallet back to me which ended up at your depot. I really appreciate the efforts you took to contact me and send it to me in Kingston.”
