I normally do not write a review but after my experience I need to warn the public do not use this store or use service with boost. I have been a customer for 7 or more years and now I'm reporting both this store and boost to the FCC, FTC and BBB. I purchased a phone for $100 which was defective. The battery or port was bad and I was expected to pay more money to get a new one. I now after 3 weeks of emotional hell and the all the money I have spent not including time every day trying to get a phone that is not defective which even on the recipe says I have 30 days. The phone did not work at all for 2 weeks. I was on the phone for hours and nobody could figure out what was wrong. Then when you plug it in it would get so hot it smokes and burn your fingers. Took the phone back well I was given a line of BS even Samsung told me it was BS and laughed. No one would exchange the phone. I was told to claim it on my insurance which would not cover for the first 30 days it is the stores responsibility and if it did cost me another $50. Finally 3 weeks later withall the hell I went through she does not have the phone I paid for. I ended up with a phone I hate will not use and paying for service I can't use. Oh and on top of it she deleted all my info off the phone and I can't get it back. Boost online is just as worthless and won't back anything . So if you want ripped off and your stuff deleted and horrible service go to this store believe me I would not have given boost or this store 1 star. They have taken enough of my money now all they will be getting from me is complaints to the BBB, FCC, FTC. If you have been scammed by this store or boost you have right. File a complaint with these 3 agencies. You have a right for your voice to be heard.

Oh my gosh,the lady helped me out so much! She clear& percise,very knowledgeable,answered all my questions in a manner i could understand. She went out of her to make sure we had what we needed. I cant say enough about how this young lady treated us. I will never go anywhere else!!

It's really hard to get help when the representative does not speak English well. I have read through the reviews and noticed nothing has changed with this location from 3 years ago. Customer service is still a problem. That's really too bad. There is no excuse for bad customer service. If a person does not like working with people, don't work in customer service field.

Kate was sympathetic to our problems... She then showed us our options that fed our needs and we walked out with 3 new phones... saving us money... We greatly appreciate her and highly recommend her!

The lady’s name that had helped me out today with upgrading my phone her name is kait and she was INCREDIBLY awesome and beyond helpful! Gave me a great deal for me to get a phone case with my new phone as well!

This is for the Geary store: Kaitlyn gave me the best customer service experience that I've had in years. I was leaving Boost, and despite this, Kaitlyn and her accounts executive Patrick worked for 2.5 days correcting Verizon's porting mistake. Kaitlyn quickly understood the issue and ramifications, and went into problem solving mode! She kept me updated on the progress, and stuck with it till the end. She is an absolute gem, and is an asset to Boost Mobile.

Drove from eugene to albany to find out that the store is closed but Google says You are open, Horrible i swear even when they open the girl in charge she calls her self the owner has Horrible cuatomer service. Invest in Training because even the so called owner cant even keep her story straight on why my Bill went up $12 She put insurance without my consent SMH.

I would never step foot in this place, why does it feel like the lady working there feels like we bother her when we come in. Super short answered and was so unprofessional. Management do something about this I'm thinking of switching to another carrier.
