Worst. Website. Ever. We have liked our trailer and except for the opener springs and top bungees it's held up well. But trying to find any service or order parts on the Chalet Inc. website is a frustrating exercise in futility.

No communication via email or Phone (voicemail is full). Not sure if they are still in business. Great product but they need to communicate not ignore new business.
