Crabtree identified an exhaustive list of issues and some done incorrectly, provided me a thorough breakdown of each concern, requested my authorization for which repairs I wanted performed, and then updated me frequently throughout the repair process through phone calls and texts. “I was traveling from out of state and my truck died. Had it towed to Gill's in Albany and turned out it was the alternator and battery cable. They pulled together and ordered and installed the alternator and battery cable with me still in the shop when it could have been overnight. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! “This place has been great. Not only are their prices reasonable and doable, they're honest and will tell you if work actually needs to be done. For example, the dealer told me brakes needed replacement. Not only was Snyder & Son half the price, but they said the part was OK and didn't need to be replaced at all thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. I'm not taking my vehicles anywhere else. They're so popular, though, be prepared for long wait times. But it's worth it.”
“Ioniq5 2023. 12v battery not charging. After talking to factory tech decided the 12 V battery needed to be replaced. It’s just three years old. Warranty did not cover the battery or the installation. Would’ve like to know how far Out of warranty battery was as it seems to me it should have been covered for a longer period of time”

And the mechanic working on my truck raised his hand and followed me out and followed my instructions without fault or judgment and laughed at my jokes and made my experience amazing was outstanding! “I needed to have the rear window replaced in my Honda Ridgeline. I got three quotes and Caliber was the best of the three. They worked directly with my insurance company Safeco (now Liberty Mutual). They took the truck right in and gave me a lift back to work. I received text messages & emails daily keeping me informed as the work was progressing, when there were decisions I needed to make they called and discussed it with me. Once the truck was complete, they washed it and offered to pick me up so I could get my truck back. They truck was washed and cleaner than when I dropped it off. The repairs look great and the window opens and closes perfectly. i would recommend this shop to all my family and friends.”

“5 STARS I highly recommend this local Albany business.Fair prices, quality repairs and Military discount honored. Needed ac repair for jeep quoted best price around town. Work was done and after some trouble shooting they got it working great. Levi and Chris were great to deal with, all the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They also have towing available. Coffee and tea while you wait. Convenient location in Albany off Queen near 99 just over the train tracks.

“Helped me figure mystery out with check engine light while repairing cosmetic damage. Primasing said they needed to replace grill hatch censor. Came to find out, it wasn’t even plugged in. The repairs were pristine. The last 2 cars my family needed cosmetic repair on, they went to Caliber Collisions. Both cars were not fixed, even efficiently. Shotty work! I will always refer people to Possum. They were FRIENDLY, great communication and even got my car done a day early.”
