“Great people. They always work with you to get you the best deal. I have come in twice now and they have saved my bacon both times with affordable new tires. I almost never buy new, but they work with you and make it too good a deal not to buy new tires. Definitely recommend them for your tires.”

“I was traveling from out of state and my truck died. Had it towed to Gill's in Albany and turned out it was the alternator and battery cable. They pulled together and ordered and installed the alternator and battery cable with me still in the shop when it could have been overnight. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Thank you Gill's for getting me back on the road in a pinch!”

“James’s Garage always called me back quickly when I would leave a voice mail and were transparent about their availability. After the coolant flush service James taught me some things about my car (my first hybrid), he was respectful and professional. He gave me a great deal for the service and had it done very quickly. I would highly recommend taking your car here!”

“This place has been great. Not only are their prices reasonable and doable, they're honest and will tell you if work actually needs to be done. For example, the dealer told me brakes needed replacement. Not only was Snyder & Son half the price, but they said the part was OK and didn't need to be replaced at all thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. I'm not taking my vehicles anywhere else. They're so popular, though, be prepared for long wait times. But it's worth it.”

“Excellent! I’ve waited a few weeks to write this review. My ‘03 Mini Cooper is running in great form thanks to Crabtree. I spent Thousands at another shop and the work wasn’t great! Crabtree identified an exhaustive list of issues and some done incorrectly, provided me a thorough breakdown of each concern, requested my authorization for which repairs I wanted performed, and then updated me frequently throughout the repair process through phone calls and texts. This has been a welcoming experience working with Crabtree! If you’re not familiar with their service, I can speak on behalf of mine, I’m very happy with their quality work! Thank you Crabtree, and your team, Sean, Cat, just to name a couple names were so helpful to our family! Thank you! Brian-”

“Automotiv has earned my highest recommendation. From start to finish, Dan, Carole, and the entire team provided one of the best automotive service experiences I’ve ever had. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely passionate about his work. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure my 2020 Range Rover Sport received the attention to detail it deserved. Carole was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process, making everything easy from scheduling to pickup. The technicians’ workmanship was exceptional. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident the moment I drove the vehicle. It’s obvious this is a shop that takes pride in doing things the right way. What impressed me the most was Dan’s dedication to his customers. He stayed an extra hour after closing so my family and I could pick up the vehicle, something he certainly didn’t have to do. That level of customer service is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of business Automotiv is. If you’re looking for a shop that’s friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and delivers superior workmanship, I highly recommend Automotiv. They’ve earned my trust, and they’ll be my first choice for all future maintenance, repairs, and performance upgrades on my Range Rover. Thank you, Dan, Carole, and the entire Automotiv team. I truly appreciate everything you did!”

“RT Automotive deserves every one of these five stars! I have had several vehicles worked on by RT Automotive multiple times, and every experience has been outstanding. They’ve done bearings on both vehicles, brakes, an O2 sensor replacement, and diagnostics — all completed with honesty, quality workmanship, and in a timely manner. What truly sets them apart is how kind, understanding, and transparent they are. As a woman, it’s incredibly important to me to feel respected and not taken advantage of, and I have never felt ripped off here. They explain things clearly, give fair and honest pricing, and always offer good deals without pressure or upselling unnecessary work. RT Automotive is reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their customers. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and quality automotive service. I'd recommend them 10/10 to anyone I know.”

“I needed to have the rear window replaced in my Honda Ridgeline. I got three quotes and Caliber was the best of the three. They worked directly with my insurance company Safeco (now Liberty Mutual). They took the truck right in and gave me a lift back to work. I received text messages & emails daily keeping me informed as the work was progressing, when there were decisions I needed to make they called and discussed it with me. Once the truck was complete, they washed it and offered to pick me up so I could get my truck back. They truck was washed and cleaner than when I dropped it off. The repairs look great and the window opens and closes perfectly. i would recommend this shop to all my family and friends.”

The repairs were pristine. The last 2 cars my family needed cosmetic repair on, they went to Caliber Collisions. Both cars were not fixed, even efficiently. Shotty work! I will always refer people to Possum. They were FRIENDLY, great communication and even got my car done a day early.”
