Emma Downtown is an extremely beautiful, quaint, and adorable store. It offers a great combination and wide variety of goods, from quality clothing and complete outfits to house decor, housewares, jewelry, and mugs. The store provides fantastic, friendly, and competent customer service, with very helpful and attentive associates. While some find it a tad pricey, the prices are worth the quality of product. It is a treasure with a great selection and a ton of other fun stuff, including a kids section. Customers very much look forward to returning.

Cute store! They have a great combo of house decor and clothing items. My girls found the kids section right away and the plush toys are adorable!

Fantastic customer service and great selection of quality clothing (along with a ton of other fun stuff). I've ordered online twice, and both times they shipped the same day. And their order notification system is unsurpassed, in my opinion.
