They need more employees, only had one person there to help several customers, leaving nobody in the office and the directions when using Google Maps take you into an adjacent business parking lot making you drive the wrong direction through the parking lot to get there.

I never want to *need* a rental, but all the staff here were super friendly and helpful. They squeezed me in when my car was in the shop, dealt with insurance for me, and shuttled me from the auto shop. I highly recommend them.
