Famous Footwear offers a great shopping experience with a clean store and friendly employees. Customers appreciate the helpful staff who assist in finding suitable shoes, even with limited information. The store has a good selection and decent prices, making it easy to find what they need. However, options for bigger men’s shoes are limited. Overall, many enjoy quick visits and successful purchases.
5 star service from Elaine. We had a good conversation and she gave me a few shoe recommendations. I saw her interacting with other customers also. She is very kind. Thanks Elaine!!
