For the price point I can say it’s the BEST MOTEL I have stayed at.Queen Lauren at the front desk is the kindest, sweetest, most helpful front desk staff but also just the best kind of person you ever want in customer service. The owners of the hotel are also the sweetest people and really want guests to enjoy their stay. This hotel is pet friendly also !!!The rooms are ALWAYS spotless as you will see in the pictures. Everything from the bathroom to the floor, the fridge, everything is clean and it smells clean too.I travel for work and have stayed here for months and it is my home away from home. I’m always greeted with a smile, even when I call to reserve whoever answers is always helpful and kind.Rooms: Always clean. Free WiFi, a million tv channels, fridge, microwave, little closet. Desk and room enough for me to do my yoga !Walkability: A beautiful park nearby if you bring your fur babies with you. There’s sidewalks and crosswalks if you choose to go across the street for shopping or the restaurants nearby.Noteworthy details: I love the staff here, there’s always hot water , everything in the rooms always works and it’s always clean. Can’t say it enough.”

“I'm not sure why this hotel is getting bad reviews. I just stayed two nights, and thought it was a good value for the price I paid. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and professional. I'll stay here again when I'm needing a room in Albany.”

“We are a baseball family. We have baseball events in the Lebanon/Albany area for many years now. Over a decade with 3 boys in baseball. We stay at various hotels/motels/AirBnBs. The last time we stayed here, there was trash overflowing everywhere, trash in the parking lot, and in public spaces - even the pool. Not this time. It felt like either there were new owners, new management/staff, or both, either way, it was very nice to see the place cleaned up. We felt safe at all times. The location was central to everything/anywhere we needed to be. Check-in with Ellie was a terrific experience. She was friendly, had tons of patience (others ahead of us) and very accommodating. The breakfast was super clean and ready to go. Highly recommend if you're a family that needs a night or two. Will stay again.”
