Super clean store, really fast to get in and out. Staff suggested a few things, got it into the shop, turned out to be loose lug nuts. Greeted in the parking lot with a warm smile, checked in, felt welcome, listened to concerns, followed up when done. Replaced missing lug nut, did rotation, charged 0 dollars, made day.
They repaired my tire w no charge & did so quickly. If you buy your tires there, they're guaranteed for, like 75k miles, if I'm not mistaken. Great customer service too. I'm grateful for them, helping to keep us drivers safe!

I have a tendency to show up unannounced to these businesses with flat tires and brake check requests. Fortunately, they are always patient and willing to take a look at my tires or brakes. I hope I don't have to impose upon Les Schwab again soon but they will probably be perfectly willing to help me if I get another flat.
