“After having a bad experience at the liquor store down the street which used to be state-run I decided to come in here for the first time and I'm glad I did. The Best of both worlds premium service and selection. Since the state controls the prices anyway, why not come to a store that has a loyalty program. The second cashier Jameson was stocking shelves and knowledgeable and and I really appreciated the cashier Caitlin. I was wishy-washy because I had no idea what I wanted but they made sure I got exactly what I came in to find. Sure it's just a liquor store and to transactional relationship but these people make you feel like you're in a community.”

Set for a broad palate, if you want to know what the latest offerings are, or have a friend who claims they don't like beer and you suspect they simply haven't met the right bet, this is your destination. “Thank you to the Young man in Deli doing the BBQ out front. He helped us 2xs in 2days and we are from Hillsboro Oregon. We enjoyed the Brisket he cooked and got a whole one on Sunday to bring back. The Cashier was very helpful and Very polite and caring. The lady in the liquor part was little off until we started buying multiple bottles of different things that we had to learn how to make a old fashion drink. Thanks for the Help. This is a very nice IGA and stocked very nice. So sad I forgot to come on Saturday for the Deals but came on Sunday for a Whole BBQ Brisket. Thanks.”

“The North Albany IGA is a grocery store that I’ve been frequenting for the last couple of years that has great products. They had an awesome meat sale over the previous weekend where I purchased NY Strip Steaks and ground beef. While the NY Strip was outstanding, the ground beef did not meet the quality standard they want to deliver. I called the store, shared my experience, and spoke with Brian, who not only made it right, he went the extra mile to take care of the experience. This is a store that listens to their consumers and exudes excellence in their service.”
