“Deli foods and prices are excellent - best in Albany!!! But service is horrible... slow, distracted, rather chat with coworker than assist customers, acted put out to take deli orders, and upon being thanked - gave no response or nicety but a blank look! Very frustrating for such a fantastic deli!!!! Will still go as it can't be beat!”

I will say there is though one person out of the bunch that is a rotten apple she works mornings to afternoons.....an i feel she is always has like a snappiness to her and she got of abit tone to her voice like its a bother to be there....i don't know, but that being said she is the only one out of all the others....everyone else is awesome! and I will still support this business hands down and still a 5 star in my books.”
“Good place. They sell tobacco pipes and tobacco or flower vases. You can also get a nice pocket torch, and I think even a desk lamp. Look for Brian, he is the best.”

It’s clear they care about the customers and the community. I’ve even had them go out of their way to check in the back for something I couldn’t find. That kind of service is rare these days.

“Since they put in the Space Age gas pumps and remodeled the store, it has been my go to stop to fuel up my touring bike. They have non-ethanol fuels. The prices are in range with the rest of town and access is good.”

“Thank you to the Young man in Deli doing the BBQ out front. He helped us 2xs in 2days and we are from Hillsboro Oregon. We enjoyed the Brisket he cooked and got a whole one on Sunday to bring back. The Cashier was very helpful and Very polite and caring. The lady in the liquor part was little off until we started buying multiple bottles of different things that we had to learn how to make a old fashion drink. Thanks for the Help. This is a very nice IGA and stocked very nice. So sad I forgot to come on Saturday for the Deals but came on Sunday for a Whole BBQ Brisket. Thanks.”
