“Deli foods and prices are excellent - best in Albany!!! But service is horrible... slow, distracted, rather chat with coworker than assist customers, acted put out to take deli orders, and upon being thanked - gave no response or nicety but a blank look! Very frustrating for such a fantastic deli!!!! Will still go as it can't be beat!”

“My favorite little store to get Marlboro’s and my favorite beverage. They have a lot of COOL souvenirs to buy, not found many places. The owner is Hindi. His name is Singh, he is always very pleasant and his sister-in-law is great, too. I will continue to patronize this store to help out Singh and his family that came here to escape the poverty of India they have suffered and saved penny’s for many years to buy and operate this establishment. They truly appreciate the opportunities the US has for it’s citizens to rise above and enjoy the lifestyles it allows without prejudice. They are a welcome example of immigrants from abroad that make me proud to be part of our awesome country that gives people a chance to come up, then give back what they can to encourage further such immigrations. I live fairly close and asked my husband to pick me up some feminine products and he came back with the wrong kind and I had him call to see if they’d be willing to refund him, and they sure did- they remembered who he was, understood the mix up and did what was right.I greatly appreciate that.& look forward to coming back for years to come.”

“This has become my preferred pharmacy for receiving vaccinations. The staff have always been very informative, inquisitive, thoughtful, and helpful. This has been particularly helpful this year as the vaccination guidelines seem to change on almost a daily basis.”

“Thank you to the Young man in Deli doing the BBQ out front. He helped us 2xs in 2days and we are from Hillsboro Oregon. We enjoyed the Brisket he cooked and got a whole one on Sunday to bring back. The Cashier was very helpful and Very polite and caring. The lady in the liquor part was little off until we started buying multiple bottles of different things that we had to learn how to make a old fashion drink. Thanks for the Help. This is a very nice IGA and stocked very nice. So sad I forgot to come on Saturday for the Deals but came on Sunday for a Whole BBQ Brisket. Thanks.”
