Have had Wells Fargo for years, the app is the best way to go. It makes it so I only need to go to the bank maybe once a year. Love being able to deposit checks right from my phone and can send money to other zelle users. Couldn't recommend enough.

Would not recommend doing business with Wells Fargo at all. That said this branch is awful and least bit useful. Especially Jose who is quite a joke of a manager. Definitely don't waste your time here and try a different branch.
