I've had more than my share of problems using online banking and they've always been so helpful and gone above and beyond for me. All of the staff is very nice

Not only do they provide a great option for local banking with amazing customer service, but they also are incredibly involved in and generous with our community!

At just one phone call they rushed my ATM deposit so the money was in there for my daughters birthday party. They always go above the service you would normally expect. I live in Eugene now and still keep them. A drive to Albany is worth it for the service they provide!
