“I had a remarkable customer service experience today. It seemed as though everything that could go wrong was determined to do just that, then I arrived at the UPS Store where it appeared to continue until the young woman behind the counter with the pretty nails came to my rescue. Did I mention it was closing time? Nonetheless she took my phone that was boycotting my requests and convinced it that cooperation was the order of the day. On her own time she took care of my orders with kindness and patience.”

Not only do they put on vehicle graphics, they take it off, too. They did that for me and did a great job of it, even though the graphics had been on the vehicle for nearly two decades, including being baked on by that 110 degree summer we had.
Here's a tip: Google Maps will get you to the front door of a very long building. Keep going down the left (south) side of the building about half way.”

“I needed backdrops and other items for a trade show. I found PrintSource360 online; the website was very well-organized and provided good instructions about design files and file preparation. The products looked good and the price was very good compared with other websites. At first I was skeptical because their prices were about a third lower than anything else I could find, and I couldn't find any customer reviews for them online. Was it even a real company? I ended up speaking on the phone with Mike, he said that they don't have any reviews online because most of their customers are businesses and they are not in the habit of posting online reviews, but he would like to remedy this (a good idea). I decided to go ahead and ordered a large framework backdrop, a large retractable banner and a table cloth. The order was processed promptly and shipped quickly, and I was happy with the way it came out. I just placed another order for a retractable banner for a different show. Very pleased with the service, and just wanted to post a review to make it clear that yes, this company is for real, their products are for real and their prices also. Thank you, Mike!”
